Preston Stroud's replication of Kenneth Claypool's Gravity Propelled Generator. His US pattent application # 11/649457 on Jan 3, 2007 describes this as another perpetual motion free energy device. It is based on a pendulum that moves on rails hitting stops on both ends. This is stated to cause it to retain the pendulum's swing and not stop. It should have extra power that can run a generator as the pendulum swings. Kenneth Claypool is in Storm Lake, IA 50588 in the US. Preston Stroud (me) built a replication but could not get anything close to a free energy device with continuous motion from the pendulum on the track. This video shows my replication results.

Retired Australian inventor Chas Campbell has designed and tested an overunity generator that allegedly creates enough energy to maintain itself, with abundant energy left over. The machine consists of a series of weighted wheels of various size which are all driven by an 800Watt electric motor which in turn drives a 3500Watt alternator. From this, the machine produces enough energy to drive a 2500Watts circular saw, a drill, a variety of lights and a fan. Mr. Campbell says, "I can make one of these machines that will produce up to 1000KVA, which is 1MW of electricity and probably use 50HP to do it." (50HP X 760 = 38000Watts). The inventor has not been able to find support from the scientific community nor the Australian government, as they say it won't work as he claims. Indepenedent testing done thus far has not corroborated the claims of overunity.

Hi this is my first attempt at making a perpetual motion gravity wheel, I have plans to make another one, and in doing so iron out the problems which stopped this one from working, the changes include making the outer wheel larger thus increasing the leverage on the inner wheel lift, spreading the two tracks further apart thus creating more time on the downward push on the outer wheel and finally adding an extra 12 slots in the inner wheel to carry more balls up again to the top track. I have carried out the weights and leverage tests so now I know the next one I make will definately work!
